Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Drive significant revenue growth and achieve ambitious commercial targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop sales strategies that strengthen market share and profitability.
- Provide commercial leadership that supports the company's long-term growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (an MBA is an added advantage).
- 10–12 years of professional experience, with at least the last 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
- A demonstrable track record of closing high-value real estate transactions and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Successfully built, led, and managed high-performing sales teams.
- Possess exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Think strategically and execute with measurable commercial results.
Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 monthly
