Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative based in Lagos. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and achieving set sales targets. Responsibilities include showcasing company offerings to clients, handling sales negotiations, generating leads, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Executive Sales Representative will also participate in industry events and contribute towards achieving company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales or marketing experience
- Strong sales acumen with experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and effective negotiation
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, understand customer needs, and align solutions to those needs
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and a client-focused approach
- Experience in the real estate industry or sales role will be an added advantage
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
