Job summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management.

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Working Hours: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily schedules
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Handling correspondence
  • Ensuring the smooth running of office activities.
  • Serve as a trusted support partner, handling sensitive information


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in any relevant discipline
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
  • Experience in a corporate or structured environment is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Must reside in Ajah or nearby areas within Lagos Island
  • Candidates living far from the job location will not be considered


Location: Lagos State – Lagos Island (Ajah and surrounding environs only)

Executive calendar management and scheduling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional email and correspondence management Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar Drive) Familiarity with task management tools (Trello Asana Notion) Meeting preparation minute taking and follow-ups Office administration and workflow coordination Document preparation filing and record management
