Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of the road operations company, including routine and periodic maintenance and emergency response.
- Develop and build a localized workforce, including establishing maintenance crews to carry out field work such as pothole repairs, shoulder maintenance, crack sealing, drainage maintenance, vegetation control, and road cleaning
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a team of 50 or more personnel, with strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience in road maintenance operations, including pavement maintenance, asset management, and lifecycle management.
- Strong Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in road operation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
