Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and timely transportation to the principal as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical faults or maintenance requirements.
- Plan routes effectively and demonstrate good knowledge of road networks and traffic conditions.
- Observe all traffic regulations and maintain a high standard of road safety.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality at all times.
- Be available for assignments outside conventional working hours when required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence.
- Previous experience as an executive driver, chauffeur or in a similar driving role.
- Good knowledge of vehicle operations and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently and express oneself clearly.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic routes.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, discreet and well-organised.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing schedules.
