Responsibilities:

Safely transport the Managing Director and other authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, official engagements, and other assigned destinations.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and road conditions.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all official and personal information encountered during the course of duty.
Daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Ensure routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of the assigned vehicle.
Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and other essential vehicle components.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage.
Ensure all vehicle documentation, including insurance, vehicle licence, roadworthiness certificate, and other statutory documents, remains valid and up to date.
Promptly report accidents, mechanical faults, or other vehicle-related issues to Management.
Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Assist with official errands, document deliveries, and administrative support duties as assigned.
Ensure the security of the vehicle and any items entrusted for transportation.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
Be available to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends or public holidays, when business needs require.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
