Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, speaking engagements, panel appearances, and travel with precision and zero gaps.
- Handle all correspondence — draft, send, and follow up on emails, letters, WhatsApp messages, and formal communications on behalf of the Chairman.
- Prepare research, briefing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and panel discussions.
- Coordinate social media content — work with the Chairman to prepare and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Liaise with clients, partners, government officials, and industry contacts — professionally and confidentially at all times.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items across all the Chairman's businesses and commitments — and follow up relentlessly.
- Manage confidential files, documents, contracts, and records with complete discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for events, trainings, and meetings — venues, invitations, materials, and follow-up.
- Anticipate the Chairman's needs before he has to ask — that is the standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
