Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant/Business Support to support the CEO with administrative, coordination, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and acting as a reliable point of contact between CEO and stakeholders
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document preparation on behalf of the executive
- Organise meetings, take accurate minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries when required.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain organised records, files, and confidential documents.
- Support special projects and provide administrative assistance as assigned.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative or operational issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 1 year of previous work experience in similar role
