Executive Assistant
Job summary
A dynamic Pan-African real estate company with a strong presence in real estate training is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage the MD's schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, manage correspondence, and draft professional emails, memos, and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Develop presentations, reports, research materials, and support basic financial modelling.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the MD on special projects and other executive or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of financial modelling and report preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
RemunerationNGN 250,000 Monthly
