Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized & proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director’s office

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company priorities.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, external partners, and clients on behalf of the MD.
- Support company events, strategic meetings, and documentation needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Discretion, professionalism, and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
