Our client is a creative agency specialising in social media strategy, brand development, content production and strategic communications, and working across fashion, beauty, hospitality, wellness, music and corporate sectors, with a client roster spanning Lagos, London and beyond

Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Diary Management:
- Own the Founder’s calendar entirely, prioritising ruthlessly and protecting time for strategic work
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client calls, interviews and external engagements across multiple time zones
- Prepare the Founder for every meeting with relevant context, documents, background and agenda
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries
- Ensure the Founder is never unprepared, never double-booked and never chasing information
Communication & Correspondence:
- Manage and triage the Founder’s inbox, flagging what requires attention and handling what does not
- Draft correspondence on the Founder’s behalf, including client emails, team communications and external enquiries
- Serve as a first point of contact for the Founder, handling enquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure all internal and external communications reflect Tilt’s standards of clarity and polish
Operational Coordination:
- Track action items and deliverables across all client accounts and hold team members accountable to deadlines
- Coordinate between creative leads, account managers, and design teams to ensure work moves forward
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes and follow-up trackers
- Chase outstanding items so the Founder does not have to
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Liaise with the Accountant on documentation, invoicing inputs and financial record-keeping
- Collect and forward vendor invoices, receipts and expense documentation
- Maintain organised digital filing systems across Google Drive
- Support with contract administration, onboarding paperwork and record maintenance
Meeting Support & Documentation:
- Attend meetings alongside the Founder, capturing notes, decisions and action points
- Circulate clear summaries and follow-ups within agreed timeframes
- Track progress against action items and escalate blockers proactively
Special Projects & Research:
- Conduct research to support business development, new client pitches and strategic decisions
- Support the delivery of internal projects including recruitment, process improvement and agency initiatives
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations and reports as required
Discretion & Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive commercial, financial and personnel information with absolute discretion
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client work, internal strategy and business operations at all times
Requirements:
- A strong university degree from a reputable institution. Disciplines such as Business, Economics, Law, Communications, International Relations, English or the Humanities are particularly welcome
- Evidence of academic rigour and intellectual capability is essential
- 3 years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Business Manager or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting a founder, C-suite executive or senior leader
- Track record of managing complex diaries, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where standards are high, and the pace is demanding
Skills & Competencies:
- Your written English must be flawless. You will draft on the Founder’s behalf, and your writing will represent our clients, partners, and press.
- You track everything. Nothing falls through the cracks. You have systems, and you use them consistently.
- You do not wait to be asked. You anticipate what is needed, prepare it in advance, and present it before it becomes urgent.
- You know what warrants the Founder’s attention and what does not. You make sensible decisions independently and escalate appropriately.
- You read situations and people well. You manage relationships with warmth and professionalism, internally and externally.
- When things move quickly or go wrong, you remain calm, clear, and solutions-focused.
- Confident with Google Workspace, project management tools such as Asana or Notion, video conferencing platforms, and general digital systems. Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a creative agency, media, fashion, entertainment or communications environment
- Postgraduate qualification
- Exposure to financial administration, bookkeeping or accounts support
- Experience coordinating across international time zones
- Interest in and awareness of creative industries, culture and digital media
- Additional language proficiency

- You have identified and improved at least two operational inefficiencies
- The Founder’s time is measurably better protected and more strategically spent
First 6 Months:
- You are indispensable to the running of the business
- You operate with significant autonomy and sound independent judgement
- You are trusted with sensitive matters and represent the Founder confidently
- You are contributing to projects beyond pure executive support
