Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director with calendar management, meeting coordination, business correspondence, data analysis, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves working closely with Indian expatriates and multinational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field (Mechanical/Plastic Engineering preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience working with Indian expatriates or multinational organizations is an added advantage.
Added Advantage:
- Knowledge of TPM, TQM, ISO/SON compliance.
- Operational Excellence Practitioner certification or experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 Net
Location: Mile 2, Lagos
