We are seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for a Fashion Designer

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the designer’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling (meetings, fittings, events, and travel)
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fashion Studio & Creative Support
  • Assist with coordinating fittings, photoshoots, and fashion shows
  • Liaise with models, stylists, photographers, and production teams
  • Support in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories when needed
  • Help track design timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage vendor relationships (tailors, suppliers, logistics, etc.)
  • Track orders, client requests, and production progress
  • Assist with inventory coordination and basic stock tracking
  • Client & Brand Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and business partners
  • Assist in managing client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
  • Support brand activities such as pop-ups, exhibitions, and events
  • Help coordinate social media content schedules (optional but advantageous)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Administration, Fashion, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong sense of style and attention to detail


Location: Lekki, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 200,000-250,000
