We are looking to hire a Executive Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CEO's primary external communication point, handling calls, WhatsApp messages, and email professionally and promptly.
- Respond with empathy, clarity, and professionalism across all communication channels.
- Manage customer inquiries from referrals or existing client contacts.
- Handle urgent visa applications, including document collection, submission, and client updates.
- Process time-sensitive flight ticket requests, providing options and coordinating with the operations team.
- Maintain central oversight of all visa and travel operations via real-time dashboards
- Monitor messages during evenings, weekends, and holidays according to a structured schedule.
- Step in to address urgent client or operational issues when team members are unavailable.
- Filter and prioritize CEO messages and requests.
- Maintain structured reminders, follow-up lists, and communication notes.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Relevant certifications as an Executive Assistance or Travel Operations is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record in handling client communications, travel coordination, team oversight, and administrative operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (emails, WhatsApp, calls).
- Ability to communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with clients.
- Strong internal communication to relay information between the CEO and team.
- Basic understanding of visa application processes.
- Familiarity with flight ticketing, fare options, and booking timelines.
- Awareness of urgent and same-day travel execution requirements.
- Understanding how internal workflows impact client experience.
- Awareness of confidentiality, data protection, and professional discretion.
- Practical understanding of managing executive correspondence and high-volume client communication across email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Ability to prioritize, filter, and escalate communications appropriately while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to track multiple client cases simultaneously using structured systems.
- Working understanding of task follow-ups, internal coordination, and deadline management across teams.
- Functional knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining live trackers, dashboards, and accurate records.
- Ability to update and manage operational data in real time without supervision.
- Hands-on knowledge of visa processing workflows, documentation requirements, and urgent application handling.
- Familiarity with flight ticket booking processes, fare options, and coordination with booking platforms or vendors.
- Ability to track multiple client cases simultaneously using structured systems.
- Working understanding of task follow-ups, internal coordination, and deadline management across teams.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
Location: Ikeja, Lagos.
Work Hours: 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
