Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Potiskum. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and executive support tasks, including preparing expense reports, managing schedules, and providing support for executive-level staff. Daily responsibilities will involve communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient office operations, and maintaining organized records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and advanced organizational capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
