Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar, travel, and priorities
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate board and executive meetings
- Act as gatekeeper and liaison with senior stakeholders
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, engineering, or structured corporate environments is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
- High professionalism and discretion
Not entry-level. Only experienced Executive Assistants will be considered.
