Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a mature, experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant to work closely with a senior executive across strategic, operational and project-based initiatives, with a strong focus on cultural infrastructure projects.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage the inbox, emails, scheduling, and daily priorities
- Provide high-level executive and personal support.
- Plan, track and execute tasks from concept to delivery.
- Day-to-day support on projects across a range of sectors.
- Manage the executive’s personal schedule and kids’ calendars.
- Coordinate meetings with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare briefs, meeting minutes, presentations, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business or Humanities-Related Fields (1st Class or 2:1 minimum requirement)
- 8+ years’ experience in an EA, project management or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong inbox and calendar management skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and Instagram.
- Experience using project management tools (Notion, Monday.com, etc.).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in arts, culture, or creative industries.
- Experience in real estate or property-related projects.
- Proven experience with working with HNIs
- Familiarity with funding, grants, or partnerships.
