Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and manage special projects, research assignments, or reports as requested.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, as necessary, while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Maintain and update contact databases and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support event planning and execution as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
