Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive with scheduling, meetings, correspondence, task follow-ups, and daily operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and required materials.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Executive and internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, briefs, and other business documents.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of the Executive when required.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information to support decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and other logistics when required.
- Support the Executive in managing projects and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain organised digital and physical records and documents.
- Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks where required.
- Attend meetings with the Executive when necessary and provide accurate follow-up notes and action points.
- Support the coordination of events, client meetings, presentations, and other business activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively resolve or escalate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
