Executive Assistant
Job summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in a business-oriented environment. The role requires a strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate and proactively manage the needs of the CEO and the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and other stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Conduct research and provide reports, summaries, and analyses as required.
- Manage and prioritize email, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
