Executive Assistant
Job summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman. The role requires discretion, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal teams, clients, media partners, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Follow up on action points from meetings and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and confidential discussions.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, and prioritize matters requiring the Chairman’s attention.
- Support project tracking across departments and ensure alignment with the Chairman’s directives.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with contract documentation, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Support special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed.
- Ensuring a smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Any other duties as assigned by the Chairman
Requirements:
- Minimum of a University Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Recent female graduate with a passion is encouraged to apply

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
- Proficient in Writing and Documentation
