Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Organize and manage meetings, events, and company functions, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors in the real estate sector.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks for the CEO as needed. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively handle matters to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a corporate or real estate environment.
- Female candidate only.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Well-mannered, polished, and professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends when required to support the CEO’s schedule.
- Proximity to Magodo and environs (candidates must be based within commuting distance).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion, loyalty, and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
Location: Magodo and Environs, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
