Executive Assistant
Job summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and executive documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and corporate activities.
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates residing in or around Ikeja and its environs will have an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
