Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will oversee various departments including Compliance, Administrative and Human Resources-related issues. This role involves coordinating executive scheduling, organizing critical materials and plans, and assisting with board meetings and materials preparation. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, and independently, to build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization's activities. It is a very demanding role with huge responsibilities in the management of company businesses, contractors, partners and staff affairs. This is not a job for a starter or learner.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The job entails working closely with the CEO of the business, in ensuring the smooth running of the company's internal operations, regulatory/financial compliance, external networks, HR/recruiting, events, communications & cost centers.Â
- Work closely with the Director and managers to manage our cost centers
- Provide seamless support to managers, contractors and freelancers
- Coordinate CEO Travels (both domestic and international)
- Set up and maintain new internal HR systems, including on-boarding for staff and freelancers
- Helping to coordinate company events and conferences.
- Contribute to writing of reports, proposals, publicity & marketing content
- Coordinate Social media marketing and promotion
- Organize training & supervision, including discipline of junior staffÂ
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be Intelligent & Trustworthy - with great academic results at degree and/or post graduate levels
- Pay great attention to details and exhibit high degree of accuracy/precision with all tasks
- Possess excellent writing skills and speaking ability
- Be Tech Savvy - with competences with web data, social media, spreadsheets and business management applications
- Demonstrate experience of strong people management and team organization
- Have a strong interest in economic development and/or business management
- Have a bias for taking action (as opposed to a talker without results to show)
- The successful candidate must be a great communicator, team player and be confident in taking swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little guidance.
- You must be a trustworthy, intelligent and pro-active self-starter with the confidence, organization and high degree of resourcefulness to handle diverse tasks.
