Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and communications
- Draft emails, memos, and reports
- Take meeting minutes and manage information flow
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Support executives with administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support professional
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup experience is an advantage)
- Married
- Male preferred
- Eastern background preferred
- Graduate from a Federal or Private University
