Responsibilities:
Office of the Group CEO Coordination:
- Support the Group CEO in coordinating priorities across W2A’s HoldCo and operating entities
- Track CEO-level initiatives, decisions, and commitments to ensure timely follow-through
- Act as a central coordination point between the Office of the CEO and entity or department leads, particularly during the ongoing transition to more structured operations
Strategic Execution & Transition Support:
- Translate CEO directives into clear action points, timelines, and execution trackers
- Support the organization’s transition from informal execution to structured, documented processes by: Tracking deliverables, Ensuring clarity on ownership, Highlighting execution gaps early
- Help embed discipline and consistency across CEO-led initiatives
International & Foreign Engagement Support:
- Support the CEO’s engagements with: Foreign investors and funds, DFIs and development partners, International corporates, buyers, and strategic partners, Governments and diaspora stakeholders
- Prepare concise briefs ahead of meetings, calls, and engagements
- Track post-engagement actions and ensure continuity after CEO involvement
CEO Time & Information Management:
- Manage and protect the CEO’s time to ensure focus on: Strategic priorities, International engagements, Revenue- and partnership-driving activities
- Filter, structure, and summarise information before it reaches the CEO
- Ensure communications to the CEO are clear, relevant, and decision-oriented
Strategic Communications & Positioning Support:
- Support drafting and coordination of: High-level correspondence, Strategic notes and briefs, Speaking engagement materials
- Assist with managing the CEO’s speaking, panel, and closed-door engagement pipeline, particularly in foreign and diaspora-facing contexts
Research, Intelligence & Briefing:
- Prepare background briefs on: Investors, partners, and institutions, Countries, sectors, and priority opportunities, Ongoing projects, mandates, and platforms
- Ensure the CEO is consistently well-briefed and positioned for high-level international discussions
What This Role Is Not
- Not a personal or administrative assistant role
- Not a substitute decision-maker for the Group CEO
- Not an operational management role within a single department
- This is a strategic coordination and execution support role, designed to strengthen the Office of the CEO during a period of organisational transition and scale.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–10 years relevant experience in: Strategy, execution, or coordination roles; Consulting, investment, advisory, or international organizations; or the Founder’s Office/CEO’s Office or similar environments.
- Exposure to international or foreign-facing work is essential
