Job summary
This role requires a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional who can manage both business and personal priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities and supporting high-level decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, investor engagements, and travel.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic & Business Support:
- Track key business priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the CEO.
- Research financial markets, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
- Support preparation for board meetings, investor briefings, and strategy sessions.
- Follow up on action points to ensure execution across departments.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Manage communication with investors, partners, and senior leadership.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain professional relationships on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Personal Assistance:
- Manage the CEO’s personal schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Handle confidential personal matters with discretion.
- Coordinate personal and professional events as required.
Administrative & Coordination Duties:
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
- Ensure smooth information flow between departments.
- Support general office coordination related to executive activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Prior experience in a finance, investment, or corporate environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting senior executives (C-suite level) is an advantage.
Location: Victoria Island.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000- 600,000
