Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective administration of examinations and training programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee the entire examination process, organize and facilitate various training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our participants.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the planning, organization, and administration of examinations. 
  • Liaise with HOD Examinations, Examiners, and other staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations. 
  • Maintain accurate records of examination results, candidate registrations, and training program attendance. 
  • Prepare and distribute examination-related materials, including exam schedules, candidate instructions, and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of examination processes and training programs, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Examinations Department and other departmental staff as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to medical education and examination administration.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Administration, Education, Human Resources Management, Public Health/Healthcare Administration, etc. 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Previous experience in examination administration, training coordination, or similar roles in an a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite and database management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
