Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for Event Security Personnel located in Lagos. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and property. Responsibilities include monitoring event premises, managing access control points, responding to security incidents, conducting regular patrols, and communicating effectively with the team and event organizers to handle situations professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical security practices and emergency response procedures.
• Strong observational skills, situational awareness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with event organizers, guests, and team members.
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in high-pressure or emergency scenarios.
• Previous experience in event security or related fields is a plus.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification are beneficial.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or move for extended periods.
