Job summary
The Event Planning & Creative Design Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing events while leading the creative design process from concept to delivery. This role blends operational event coordination with creative direction to ensure every event meets client expectations, brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and themed events
- Develop event timelines, work plans, and production schedules
- Coordinate vendors, including decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, and logistics providers
- Manage event budgets, quotations, and cost control
- Oversee event setup, on-the-day coordination, and breakdown
Creative Design &
Styling:
- Develop creative concepts, themes, mood boards, and design proposals for events
- Supervise décor styling, color schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, and overall aesthetics
- Ensure design execution aligns with approved concepts and client expectations
- Stay updated on event design trends, materials, and innovations
Client & Stakeholder
Management:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
- Present creative concepts and event proposals to clients
- Manage client feedback and expectations professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Team Leadership &
Administration:
- Supervise event coordinators, designers, and support staff
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
Requirements:
- Diploma
