Our client is seeking to hire a smart, proactive, and highly responsible Event Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations for a 10-day children’s activity event at a shopping mall. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage operations independently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site staff during daily event operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and task execution.
- Oversee customer payments, sales handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Make quick operational decisions and handle challenges independently.
- Ensure proper monitoring and security of company assets, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct daily stock and asset checks before closing.
- Maintain smooth operations and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the event.
- Interact professionally with parents, visitors, vendors, and mall management when required.
- Represent the company on-site with professionalism, authority, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising teams in events, retail, hospitality, activations, or mall operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Well-presented, confident, and professional in appearance and conduct.
