Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Hostess, based in Abuja. The Event Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and interacting with event attendees, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with event inquiries, and ensuring an excellent attendee experience. The role requires effective communication and professional demeanor to enhance event operations and promote the values of AIHS.
Qualifications

• Must be physically in Abuja
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience with managing Reservations and excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous experience in event hosting or hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or event management are an advantage
