Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Determining the market value of land, buildings, and plant/machinery for purposes like mortgage, insurance, and taxation.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of properties, including rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
- Acting as intermediaries in buying, selling, or leasing real estate on behalf of clients.
- Evaluating proposed projects to determine financial viability and profitability before investment.
- Advising clients on real estate portfolios, market trends, and high-yield investment opportunities.
- Resolving disputes over landed properties, handling compulsory acquisition compensation, and advising on land use regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as an Estate Surveyor or Property Surveyor.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
