Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Assist with property valuation and preparation of valuation reports.
• Conduct market research and analyse property trends, rental values and comparable properties.
• Assist in property acquisition, disposal and marketing activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate property records and databases.
• Assist with property management and routine property inspections.
• Liaise with clients, property owners, tenants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in property viewings and client meetings.
• Prepare property reports, proposals and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor and provide updates on property and market developments.
• Support the team in identifying new business and property opportunities.
• Ensure professional standards are maintained in the delivery of estate surveying services.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience in estate surveying or real estate.
• Good understanding of property valuation, agency, property management and real estate practice.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos property market.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prepare clear and professional reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to carry out field inspections and meet clients when required 

Added Advantage:

• Professional membership or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Experience with real estate/property management software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of current property values and market trends across Lagos.
