Job summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for property valuation, land acquisition, lease management, and providing professional advice on real estate matters related to construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and land valuations for construction and development projects
- Carry out site inspections and feasibility studies
- Identify, assess, and acquire suitable land and properties
- Prepare valuation, feasibility, and market analysis reports
- Manage leases, sales, and property negotiations
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Provide professional advice to support project planning and decision-making
- Monitor property market trends and advise management accordingly
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property valuation, land acquisition, or real estate management (construction industry experience is an advantage).
- At list 2-3 year of experience in estate management
- Strong knowledge of property laws, land use regulations, and valuation principles.
- Ability to prepare professional reports and market analyses.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant property management or valuation software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
