EPC Engineer (Core Network / Engineering)

Job Title: EPC Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Huawei EPC Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize Huawei Evolved Packet Core (EPC) infrastructure, including MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, UGW, and HSS nodes.

Responsibilities:

- Commission, integrate, and maintain EPC nodes.

- Perform upgrades, patch management, and license activation.

- Monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and manage faults.

- Coordinate with Huawei TAC and escalate critical issues.

- Ensure interoperability with RAN, IMS, and IPBB domains.

- Support new feature rollouts and network expansions.

Requirements:

- HND/Bachelor’s in Telecom, Electronics, or related field.

- 5+ years Huawei EPC experience.

- Strong knowledge of EPC protocols and Huawei EPC platforms.

- Familiarity with virtualization (FusionSphere/VMware).

-Troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred:

Huawei certification (HCNP-R&S, HCIE-Telecom Core).

VoLTE/IMS integration experience.
