Media Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in shooting videos of properties, construction sites, property inspections, and company activities.
• Edit raw video footage into engaging and professional content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, events, and other company activities.
• Assist in creating short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Support the media team in preparing visual content for property promotions and sales campaigns.
• Organize and maintain video footage, photographs, and other media files.
• Ensure that all media content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Perform other media-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• A minimum of OND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, photography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
• Willingness to learn, accept corrections, and develop professional media production skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for visual presentation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work on assigned projects.
• An interest in real estate, digital media, and content creation will be an advantage.
