Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to clients, guests, and visitors in a courteous manner
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and organising office documents
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars where necessary
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Record and relay messages in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
