Job Summary:

Our client is a key player in the real estate industry and seeks to improve on its risk management framework by hiring an enterprise risk manager. The Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the real estate firm to protect its strategic and operational objectives, developing and implementing risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies, monitoring key risk indicators and maintaining risk registers, preparing and presenting risk reports to senior leadership and the board, and working with business units to embed a strong risk-aware culture while ensuring compliance and supporting business continuity planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the Group’s enterprise-wide risk framework, policies and standards.
  • Lead risk identification, assessment and monitoring across all business units and project sites.
  • Maintain a central risk register and track mitigation actions to closure.
  • Prepare clear risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the Board.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal control enhancements.
  • Provide project risk support from bid stage to project completion.
  • Develop and update business continuity and crisis management structures.
  • Advise leadership on emerging risks, industry trends and strategic decisions.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture through training and stakeholder engagement.


Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, the holder must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.  
  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage. 
  • Experience in Financial Sector 
  • Relevant professional certifications e.g. FRM, CRM or equivalents.
  • 5 – 10years practical experience in enterprise risk management within construction, engineering, real estate, or related sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of project risk, operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and report writing skills. 


Ability to interpret data, trends and complex operational issues. 


Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. 


High integrity, sound judgment and attention to detail. 


Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
