Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the organization’s commercial footprint
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Oversee the development and launch of new products, services, or initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with organizational goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on growth progress and ROI
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the department


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, strategy, or enterprise growth roles
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and scaling business operations
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
