Job summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in line with company standards, client expectations, safety requirements, and timelines. This role requires strong coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality controls.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Site Operations, Logistics) to drive execution.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including scope of work, performance standards, and payment schedules.
  • Monitor project performance and provide timely progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies across all sites.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Review and approve project documentation, site reports, and client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, costs, and approvals.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress and resolve challenges on the ground.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Project Management, or related field.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management within power, energy, telecom, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
