Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:


Email Marketing (Klaviyo or similar platform):

  • Plan and execute weekly email campaigns (sales, education, storytelling, launches)
  • Build and optimize automated flows, including welcome series, Abandoned cart, Browse abandonment, Post-purchase nurture, and Win-back campaigns. 
  • Segment email lists based on:Purchase behaviour, Engagement levels and Customer interests
  • Write compelling, on-brand email copy that drives clicks and conversions
  • Select or brief visuals for emails (product images, lifestyle shots, GIFs)
  • A/B test subject lines, content formats, and CTAs
  • Monitor performance: open rates, click rates, revenue per email, flow performance
  • Maintain email list hygiene and suppress unengaged subscribers when needed

Blog Content Management:
  • Upload and format SEO-optimised blog posts on the website (WordPress/Shopify)
  • Turn brand topics into search-friendly blog articles
  • Optimise blogs with keywords, Meta descriptions and Internal links to products and collections
  • Repurpose blogs into email content, Social captions, and Pinterest descriptions
  • Update older blogs to improve SEO and keep content fresh
  • Ensure all blog posts match brand tone, formatting, and visual style

Content Repurposing:
  • Turn blogs into email newsletters
  • Pull educational blog content into sales emails
  • Identify high-performing emails and repurpose into blog topics (and vice versa)

Reporting & Optimisation:
  • Submit a weekly performance report covering emails sent, revenue from email, top-performing subject lines, blog traffic and top blog posts
  • Suggest improvements based on data (topics that convert, email types that sell best)

Strategy Support:
  • Help plan monthly email calendars around product launches and promotions. seasonal moments, educational themes.
  • Suggest blog topics based on customer questions, SEO opportunities and product focus areas

Success Metrics (KPIs):
  • Growth in email revenue
  • Increase in email list engagement
  • Consistent blog publishing (weekly or biweekly target)
  • Increase in organic traffic to blog pages
  • Conversions generated from blog-to-product clicks


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of an HND in a related field.
