The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Sales Consultant to drive strategic growth within our vertical transportation portfolio.
This is not a routine sales role. It requires deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver tailored, technical solutions to clients.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the full sales cycle for elevator and lift solutions
- Engaging high-value clients across construction and development projects
- Conducting site assessments and advising on optimal solutions
- Developing winning proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
- Building long-term partnerships that drive repeat business
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Tracking market trends to stay ahead of competition
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4+ years in elevator/lift sales
- Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
- Strong network within construction, real estate, or engineering sectors
- Solid technical understanding of elevator systems and standards
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) is an advantage
Compensation
₦525,000 monthly + performance-based bonus
