Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair electrical and automation systems of the batching plant, including control panels, motors, sensors, PLC-related wiring, and field instrumentation.
- Perform troubleshooting for power failures, signal faults, and interlocks, and restore equipment safely with minimal downtime.
- Carry out preventive maintenance such as insulation checks, tightening terminals, cleaning cabinets, and verifying earthing and protection devices.
- Support calibration and basic parameter verification with the plant operator, and document changes, alarms, and corrective actions.
- Strictly follow electrical safety procedures, isolate power sources before work, and ensure compliance with HSE and statutory electrical standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Good knowledge of electrical connections
