Job summary
The Electrician is responsible for carrying out electrical installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across the facility. The role ensures that electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power supply, and related installations operate safely and reliably while complying with established electrical and safety laws.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems with minimal supervision
- Identify faults quickly and execute effective, lasting repairs
- Manage electrical panels, circuit breakers, and related infrastructure
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure system integrity and safety
- Take ownership of generator operations, ensuring reliability at all times
- Accurately document work done and provide clear daily reports
- Support technical and engineering teams during installations and maintenance
- Maintain high safety standards, including working at heights where required
Requirements:
- SSCE or Technical Certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in electrical systems
- Strong working knowledge of wiring, power distribution, generator operations, and fault diagnosis
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance
- Additional certifications in electrical safety/maintenance are an advantage
- Experience in a facility management or media environment is preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
- Clear communication and teamwork when required
