LV Panels Workshop Electrical Technician

Work Experience required.

• Panel building / assembly work.
• LV power, control and protection systems. (Synchronization, ATS & MCC panels).
• Familiar with control circuit design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagram
• Familiar with electrical tools and machines

Minimum Qualifications

• National diploma/ technical certificate in electrical Power Engineering
• Clear communication; active listening skills; fluent in English (both written and oral)
• Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Excellent problem resolution skills.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Learning & Researching skills
• knowledge of quality fundamentals
• Ability to communicate, organize and work
• 1- 3 years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving all electrical related issues
• Carryout LV Electrical Panel assembly and wiring using electrical diagrams.
• Using electrical wiring diagrams to trace issues on panels and electrical machines and be able to detect and resolve same.
• Ensure that electrical panel wiring jobs are done in a safe manner and strict quality measures are adhered to.
• Carry out testing of Electrical products according to standards.
• Documenting/ reporting of jobs done.
• Site visit for electrical related tasks
