We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical technicians and installers.
- Oversee electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and timelines.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor the quality of electrical works and ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare material requests, monitor inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure proper installation and maintenance of electrical panels, power distribution systems, lighting systems, and associated equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors as required.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- HND, OND, Trade Test, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or construction projects.
- Proven experience supervising electrical technicians and field teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, wiring, and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical faults and equipment failures.
- Good understanding of load calculations and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Electrical installation certifications or Trade Test certifications.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
- Experience with ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Structured Cabling is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of solar and inverter systems is an added advantage.
