Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Design Engineer to design and develop electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear systems. Responsibilities:
- Design electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear systems.
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and technical drawings.
- Select suitable electrical components based on load calculations and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to support timely project execution.
- Review designs, resolve technical issues, and provide support during panel fabrication, installation, and testing.
Requirements:
- HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical panel design and control systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, circuit protection, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
