Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance & engineering team.
- Oversee plant electrical systems, control panels, PLCs & power systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP & statutory regulations.
- Oversee utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors & generators.
- Drive continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Manage annual electrical maintenance budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering.
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in industrial automation & PLC programming.
- Solid knowledge of GMP & food safety standards.
- Strong leadership, analytical & troubleshooting skills.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary range: NGN350,000 – 400,000.
