Educational Consultant
Job summary
The Educational Consultant will provide end-to-end advisory support to clients seeking international study opportunities, working on-site at the Ibadan office in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day tasks include assessing applicants’ profiles, advising on suitable programs and scholarships, and guiding clients on application requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to assess clients' academic profiles and study goals.
- Advise clients on suitable universities, programmes, and study destinations.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Assist clients with scholarship applications and funding opportunities.
- Review SOPs, Personal Statements, Academic CVs, and supporting documents.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the application process.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements and visa procedures.
- Keep up to date with international education trends and admission policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Guidance and Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in educational consulting, international admissions, or study abroad advisory.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and scholarship processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to review SOPs, Personal Statements, Academic CVs, and other application documents.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
